2016 F150 5.0 4WD 42,000
No codes
My F150 started rough idling and sometimes stalls after being on the hwy for about 20 min at 70mph +.
I looked online and a lot of people have the same issue, but no answers.
I took it to the dealer and all they did was a software update. That didn't fix it.
Online, I saw 2 possibilities:
1) canister purge valve (that would throw a code)
2) The VCT valves ( that calls for taking the valve cover off)
If you have the answer that would be Awesome!
Thank you.
Have you tried these already below?

Yes, I am boarder line OCD when it comes to maintance. It doesn't do it all the time. I have a good OBD reader and monitor it during trips and when it happens, the only thing I can see wrong is that the rpms dip way low like 210 . But don't see any reason why. Vacume is ok, O2 sensors ok, air flow ok, no miss fires.
