Feeling Noise and Vibration on uneven and rough roads

I am using a Toyota Matrix 2012 Base model and the car drives as expected on normal plain roads. I dont face any difficulty on steering or braking, and it handles quite well on highways at sppeds of ~100kmph. Whenever there is a patch or slightest of unevenness in the road, I am hearing clunking noise and feeling vibration on the steering.  I tried pressing down the front of car, and it comes back to normal position on releasing the pressure. The common checks as available in the channel is not indicating any problem.

What might have gone wrong, and is it something alarming and needs an immediate diagnosis?

I would visually check your struts for any leaking and it sounds to me like possibly sway bar bushings it’s common when they wear they can allow the bar to shift side to side on uneven roads and cause a thunk type noise

Better hope it’s not a bad steering rack.
