Need help. If I had a clutch kit and flywheel replaced by a repair shop on a 2008 FJ and it was either done improperly or the parts were bad and the parts are still under warranty and I have them how do I best go about getting money back for those [expletive deleted] parts. I unfortunately live in OR just use my name as " B" thanks

Have the mechanic who worked on your car test drive your car or ride as a passenger in your car to show him proof that this job was botched.

I would start out by talking to the shop about the problems (whatever they may be, you did not specify) and see if they are willing to stand behind their work.

First you need to figure out if it was the mechanic’s fault or the parts’ fault.
