Well let's see if we can figure this out, Latoya. You're going to do some troubleshooting and it may be boring but it needs to be done.

I'm not going to expect you to use a multimeter or other diagnostic tools. Just follow along step by step.

First, confirm that your front and back power windows work (I'll explain later)

OK let's do this. You need to open the top of your underhood fuse box. It looks like this:

When you open it up it will look like this inside:

You want to confirm that those "Cooling Fan High" and "Cooling Fan Low" fuses aren't burned.

You'll look through the orange transparent top to check. But sometimes it's hard to tell with those "J Case Fuses".

But you know your power windows work and there's 2 Power Windows fuses in the fuse box.

So if you aren't sure, just swap the 2 power window fuses with the 2 Cooling fan fuses.

See that weird looking white thing to the Left and Up from the power window fuses? It's a fuse puller. Grab it and you can use the larger side of it to remove those fuses. If it's missing and you can't remove them with your fingers, you can use a pair of pliers, just don't squeeze too hard.

OK, fuses swapped, start the car and turn on the A/C. Do the cooling fans work? Do the front and back power windows still work?

If all the windows still work, but the cooling fans don't, it wasn't a burned fuse so we'll move ahead.

(Sorry, welcome to the world of automobile electrical troubleshooting)

So for this next step you'll need a helper. See that "Cooling Fan Low Relay" in the picture. (it's smaller than the other two circled relays).

OK, have your helper start your Camaro. Now place your 2 fingers on top of that relay. (don't worry, you can't get a shock).

Tell your helper to turn on the air conditioning, Do you "feel" a light "click" through your fingertips? It will only happen once as the A/C is turned on. So if you aren't sure, have your helper turn the A/C off, and after a few seconds, turn it on again.

If you feel a click, we'll assume the relay is working. If you don't feel a click,  you'll want to replace that relay.

It's GM Part Number 13500114. You can look it up on the internet to buy one online, or get one at your local Auto Parts Store. (around $10).

So either way, if you felt the relay "click", or if you didn't and replaced the relay, and the fans still don't work, there's just one more thing.

GM was having a problem with the connector going to the fans on their cars back then. They were melting and burning up. So you'll have to check that.

The connector is here:

They can look mildly burnt like this:

Or they can be completely fried like this:

But if the connector, the fuses, and the relay check out OK, you'll need to replace the fans.

Here's a video on how to do that:

Do the fans work when you turn on the AC?

No

They should. Check the fuse and relay. Also check to see if you got power at the fans.

Likely a bad fuse or relay as @yaser said. That's where I would start.

Ok the fan came on but the coolant temperature still high

First make sure you have coolant in your Coolant reservoir.

Reasons for overheating could be:

a stuck closed thermostat

a faulty radiator cap.

a faulty coolant temperature sensor.

a clogged radiator

There's youtubes which will help you figure out which one is the issue
