2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Hemi tick/ stall out issue

Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.7 limited 4x4 74330 miles

I started to get the hemi tick in November 2020 so I turned my 2011 jeep grand Cherokee 5.7 into the closest dealership to me. They charged me around 7k to fix the issue. Once I got my jeep back I would stall out and get code P1524 Oil pressure out of range - camshaft advance/retard disabled. I turned it back in and they fixed the code and the issue causing the code but my jeep still stalls out. I turned it back in and left it at the dealership for about 6 months. In this time they got someone from Chrysler group to look at my vehicle and stated "both the fuel tech as well as our
technical team, deciphered the issue is too intermittent and unable to duplicate at this time". I tried to lemon law the vehicle with Chrysler group but they said because my vehicle is out of the original warranty that they can't do anything for me, they can't even state that my vehicle is safe to drive.

I randomly stall out when waiting at stop lights, I'll start to accelerate and my truck turns off but it looks like it's still on, no lights turn on on the dashboard to even show someone is wrong but the power steering and brakes go out since the vehicle is turned off. This even happens when I exit the freeway and losing the power steering and brakes is extremely dangerous when I have to lower my speeds and turn because the exit ramp is a loop. I have been lucky so far that I can put my vehicle in neutral and push to start it fast enough for me to regain control but I don't want to push my luck. Since I turned it in for the hemi tick and they replaced by cam shaft I feel like they did something wrong mechanically, I never had the stall out issue before.

Looks like they put you off long enough for the warranty to run out.  The 5.7 Hemi is famous for failing hydraulic roller lifters that eat the cam and don't open the valves correctly.  Either get a compression check or pull off the valve covers and watch the rockers as someone turns the engine over.  Any irregular movement of the rocker arm indicate bad lifters, and/or the cam.

This was a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee and OP developed the tick in 2020, so they were long out of warranty.
