Hey Scotty, I have a 2001 Cadillac Eldorado with rebuilt head gasket. When I bought it the windows, gas door release button nor does the seats work. The previous owner said he checked all fuses and relays. What do you think?

I hope you didn't pay much of that thing because they have very little resale value and our electrical nightmares as they age. If no fuses are blown then you stop to check the whole circuit including switches motors and all the wiring in between. Good luck
