how do I lubricate my Kia moon roof

Hi Scotty. Joe here, i have a 2015 Kia K900 Premium with the giant moon roof.
My question is, what is best to lube the mechanical parts that slide my window open and shut? Also is my car a good car? Works excellent.

ordinary grease for metal on metal

Silicone grease for plastics
