Hi Scotty,
Thanks for the videos. My 2006 Highlander hybrid shakes during acceleration. Not during braking, just acceleration. Some mechanics have said it's axles, but it doesn't make any sounds when turning and it doesn't vibrate when coasting. The vibration is felt in the seats, not in the steering wheel.
Another mechanic posited that given the location of the vibration that it is something with the rear (hybrid) drivetrain.

You should pinpoint it first but based on the symptoms, you may have issues with the rear differential. Also check the U joints.
