It was a horribly snowy day yesterday morning and while I was driving back from work the roads were still atrocious. I hit a curb while going on a twisty road and now whenever I go about 35 mph my steering wheel lightly shakes. After some light research it could just be a missing wheel weight but I'd like to hear some other opinions. Also I was only going about 10-15 mph when I hit it.

several possibilities here.
imbalance as you say, or bent rim, damaged tire, or worse bent suspension/steering components. You should have a shop look at it.
