Hey there, I just bought a used 2014 Honda Accord Sport model with a CVT transmission that has shift paddles. It's got 118,475 miles on it and no codes. I just started noticing this recently, when the car is idling and in gear it shakes. It's a strong vibration I mostly feel in the seat and steering wheel. Once I shift to neutral it completely goes away and when I start moving it goes away, but once I stop, after a few moments, it starts shaking. I've just been shifting to neutral whenever I'm idling but I want to make sure it's not something bad that I should fix right away before it gets worse.
Well do check the motor and transmission mounts to see if they're broken that'll make a check like that but if it's not that it's internal to the transmission and unfortunately you can't do anything about that those things are so complex and rebuilding them as a fortune so you might live with a little shake that's not broken mounts
