Honda V6 slightly missing and jumping spark advance

Hello I have been fighting a non-smooth start and idle on my 2007 honda pilot 165000 miles.  I just watched Scotty's recent vidio on a 2006 honda pilot with the same engine.  In his video Scotty showed that the engine had a stretched timing belt.  I used my own scan tool and can see that at idle the spark advance moves around between 11.5 and 8.5 degrees.  Is this normal?  When I move to 2000 rpm the advance is steady at 32.5 degrees.  I had the timing belt and water pump replaced at the dealer at 100,000 miles 5 years ago.  Could my timing belt be stretched at only 65,000 miles since the last service and be the cause of the unevenness that I'm seeing at idle?

Of course it shouldn't jump that much the timing belt has to be stretched or at some point in time it was never replaced correctly in the first place if it was off one tooth it would do that and then as it ages it'll affect the running more

I also note that the short term fuel trims on both banks are about 12% and the long terms are about 4%. Can that be caused by the timing issue? Are they related?
