So I've been getting a weird smell from my car now, and I tried the foam cleaner where you insert it into the plug and spray, but seems weird, cause it only goes up like 1 foot then stops. Also when I spray, seems like the liquid comes out really fast, so I'm not sure if there's a way to test if it's actually clogged or not? I tried the AC, don't really notice anything dripping on the bottom.

Unless you're in the desert (little or no humidity), if nothing is coming out of the drain while the AC is running then it's clogged.

after you come home from a drive using the AC, then poke around through the drain. Water should come out.
Use a piece of wire or compressed air.
