[Solved] What is making this engine noise? (Lexus IS250 2008)

It's an IS250 2008 with 200.000 km, manual transmission.
I can hear a clicking noise, wich is normal, but there is also a more "deep" banging noise that concerns me. I've watched a bunch of youtube videos where this engine is running and they dont have this bang.
The banging noise can be heard louder in the cabin when the engine is under high load(second gear full throttle on uphill)-It's not very loud, but it sounds like metal clacking.
Oil level is ok

The engine doesnt burn oil

Here is the video of my lexus:

What should i look for? THANK YOU!

Well the main thing I hear are the valves clattering like mad. I would start by having them adjusted. It is a rather expensive procedure though on that engine

Well to begin with, the valves are noisy as can be And I would advise having them check to see if they're out of adjustment. But underlyingly it might have a piston knock. So have someone else rev up the engine while you're under the hood with a camera and I can hear if the engine is going to knock when you rev it from like $1,500 to $3500 RPM up and down

@scottykilmer Thank you very very much for answering scotty! I went out and made some more videos, here they are:

I noticed that the rattle mostly happens in second gear, it's very strange. The rattle sometimes appears, sometimes not... In third gear i can almost say the engine sounds normal across all rpms (rattle is almost not present).
Also, I placed my ear on different spots of the engine, and it seems like it's coming from the top of the engine in the middle, between the banks, so could be a lifter or something rattling in the manifold like the butterfly flaps.
In the spring I will do a carbon cleaning of the valves and put an oil catch can hoping it will do something about the noise.

Thank you Scotty, I love you!

@chucktobias didn't Scotty advise him not to buy this car in his Oct. '24 post?

Hello everyone, I'm so sorry this is my second post regarding this noise!! I've made another video to better capture the sound and link together both outside and inside noise because it only happens at 2000+rpms.

Please don't take this post down, i'm really nervous and hopeless 🙁
The car is a RWD Lexus IS250 2008, manual trans with 198.000km

A metallic rattle/pinging noise can be heard in the cabin only starting from 2000 rpms when I press the accelerator very lightly. I think it's the same sound source as the one in the footage under the hood(that loud thumping noise). If I accelerate in neutral, the rattle is not heard 90% of the time, but sometimes in can be heard less than a second, my guess is the engine has to be under a bit of load.
I've tried flushing the engine, then adding hyraulic valve additive but with no luck. I also added liqui moly fuel system cleaner, also experimented with both regular or premium gas, still the same. Spark plugs are new. Car runs fine, plenty of power

Could it be piston slap or rod knock? 😭

Thank you very much!!
