Lexus is250 overcooling at high rpm

Hey i have a 2006 is250. The coolant temperature is dropping at high rpms over 4k recently had a new radiator installed and bled the coolant again just incase there was air trapped but its still happening the car has 115k miles any ideas what this could be ?

I would say replace the thermostats
