There's any good "Should do & Shouldn't do" Advices when Me and Boyfriend working on 2022 Lexus LC500h 8GR-FXS 3.5L V6 DOHC NA Hybrid?

don't mess around with the high voltage system. In fact, don't mess around at all with the car while the factory warranty is still in effect.
