I have a 2010 Chevy Silverado 1500 ls crew cab 155000 miles on it. Wipers just stopped moving but can hear the wiper motor trying to move. I took it apart and fount the wiper transmission bushing off so I bought a new transmission setup put it all back on then tried it and the wipers pulses towards the hood then stop. If I take the arms off the whole thing works.
i did notice there was a lot of water in the wire connection.
