I'm receiving a 125k mile diesel extended cab and bed Ford F-350 and I wanted to know how to take care of it especially since I've just seen online that the engine and fuel system has known issues and I'm extremely new to trucks and diesel engines. This is my first work truck that was gifted to me to help me start my business so I want to make sure it lasts as long as it can even with the issues to come, I'm still very grateful to receive the truck even with the issues I just want to do my best to take care of it, thank you

Those are known for having quite a few issues, but there isn't really much you need to know about them. Just drive the truck.
As long as there isn't any oil dilution you'll be fine. Change the oil frequently.
