I bought a certified pre-owned 2018 Camry XSE 2.5 4cyl with 29k miles,
It has 32k miles as of now and about to bring to the dealership for my first oil change, how often to I change the transmission fluid and coolant? Planning to change the oil every 4k miles.

I would change engine oil every 5,000 miles or once a year, whichever comes first. As for the transmission fluid, change it (drain and fill only) every 40,000 miles. These numbers can be more aggressive than the Toyota recommended intervals, but you don’t want to wear out those items. For the coolant - the maintenance guide recommends every 100,000 miles or 10 years, whichever comes first (but I change coolant no more than every 6-7 years max).

Hi DayWalker, thank you for responding. The sticker on my windshield indicates that my next oil change will be at 10/21 or 34xxx miles. Which is after 3months or 5k miles since my last change. Would be that fine? Or too aggressive?
3 months is way too aggressive, unless you’re driving under extreme conditions.
For everyday driving, stick to 5000 miles or once a year, whichever comes first.
Have you checked your owner's manual?
By the way, you need to choose better titles for your questions or nobody is going to click them.
Never take your vehicle to a dealer for anything except covered, warranty work and even then, they WILL screw it up.
