Is 2013 Hyundai Veloster 1.6turbo manual transmission 186hp on 148k km worth buying?Or 2014 Volvo V40 1.6 T3 manual transmission 150hp with 133km would be a better buy?

Of those definitely the Volvo.

If these two were your only options, pick the V40.
That Veloster is very near to (if not already) the end of its useful life.
As with any used car, have it inspected thoroughly by a professional mechanic, before you buy it.
Thank you,I was just curious but the volvo seems like the better choice in terms of reliability.The volvo is a little more expensive which is normal giving the quality it can provide.
