I facing a problem of leak in the rear bottom of the car... what could be the issues.. is it pinnion seal leak

.. I have attached the video... I wonder how much is it going to cost
In addition to that differential leak...There is a similar fluid inside of the right side of the boot space which leaks down with the wires going towards right tail light..
