I have a 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan with 189,600-miles and in the past month the vehicle has a rapid clicking/lagged start. I think it's the fuel pump check valve. How do I test the fuel pressure if there's not a schrader valve?

Looking at your video it appears the engine starts within 3 or 4 seconds. That doesn't seem too bad for a 16-year-old Caravan that's getting within spitting distance of 200K miles.
It appears that you need an adapter to connect a pressure gauge, according to the service manual for that vehicle at charm.li:
(You did not specify your engine. The above is for the 3.8L engine and it looks like the 4.0 is tested the same way.)
@chucktobias - Thank you for the quick response. I do have a V6-3.8L engine. I purchased a fuel pressure adapter kit today. After reading the manual, I am a little confused with the step to, "Disconnect the frame rail fuel supply line connector between the fuel supply line and the fuel rail." I am unable to to find the fuel supply line going to the fuel rail from looking above the engine. Are you aware of any videos which show how to accomplish this?
It has to be there somewhere. I have not worked on one of those but usually the fuel supply line will be at one end of the fuel rail. Best bet might be to search youtube for a relevant video.
For future reference please place the details of your car issue in the body of your post, not the subject line which is intended for a short description. Thank you. (Title edited.)

@chucktobias - My apologies. Thank you for the feedback.
