How to Fix Camshaft Position Sensor 2008 Subaru Impreza

Hellow scotty, how do i fix a camshaft position sensor on timing as everytime i reach a speed of 100 both check engine and oil light flash for a while and disappear on subaru impreza 2008 model

Those lights are probably telling you that you're driving a nearly 17-year-old Impreza way too fast, assuming by "100" you mean miles per hour and not those foreign "kilometer" things.

If your check engine light comes on there should be a code or codes stored, presumably relating to the camshaft though you did not state the actual code(s).

If your oil light is flashing when the engine is pushed, and your oil and filter are OK, your engine is probably wearing out. You would need to verify the actual pressure with a mechanical test gauge. If you're losing oil pressure that may be the root cause of the issue since the VVT system is operated by oil pressure.

Note those engines are prone to head gasket leaks, and even a small amount of coolant leaking into the oil is enough to damage engine bearings and cause oil pressure problems.
