I have a 2012 Honda Civic everytime a turn on my headlights my dashboard turn off and I don’t know why, I recently changed one of my headlight I don’t know If that has something to do with it.

Retrace your headlight bulb installation...sounds like a pinched wire that is shorting to ground.

If it didn't happen before, it is a due to the headlight change. You likely have a short circuit in your headlight.
