So here's the owners manual for your car:

Add this is the required amount of engine oil based on the manual:
You can definitely find the information for the transmission fluid too; it's under the maintenance section as I saw it there.

It's payed, but a 1 month subscription for when you need to perform a repair is sometimes the only option.
But as @fjcruiser2014 has posted, the info you're looking at is in your manual.
(verify that this is indeed the figure shown in your manual, it's always a good idea to double check.)
OBEii scanning tool

For the hidden interesting codes you need an all systems scanner - BUT some Volvos have this feature:

For the All Data it's own by AutoZone and from my experience if you go in and say you want to repair a thing or two they'll actually print out that part for you for free unless it's 20 or 30 plus pages then I wouldn't expect them to do all of it. But it's worth a try before paying for it.
Interesting.
I guess they only print out the stuff that's relevant to a repair that you perform with their parts?
Not really. I've had them print out stuff for me that I ended up buying parts from another place. I guess it depends on the person working there that day and how much they want to help.
