I saw one of your recent videos on Mazdas. What do you think of a 2019 CX-9 Touring, V6, with 113,000 ,miles on it?
I may be in the market soon so I really would appreciate your input Mr. Kilmer

The car is in Chicago, I'm in Texas
That's actually the reverse of what most people would want due to the salt bath Chicago-area cars are subject to during the winter. Usually people up that way shopping for a used car would want to "import" a corrosion-free Texas vehicle, and no one in Texas would want a rusty Northern car.
Well, that's a reasonable amount of mileage. They're decent vehicles but I would have a mechanic check that out thoroughly before buying. Especially the transmission. And I would certainly not overpay as those are not like Toyotas that can go three or 400,000 MI relatively trouble free
Thank you kindly for the quick response--I think i'll keep looking. The car is in Chicago, I'm in Texas so having the car checked out before purchasing is a problem. But plenty of vehicles out there. I have a BMW, X5, 2012 that i finally have running very well. After a lot of expensive maintenance and repairs.
I have 188,000 on it and got a new timing belt last year. It was a very expensive thing to do. That's why I want to move to something more reliable, less pricey to maintain, and has some power. I find it hard to get away from that.

I’m not sure when Mazda stopped using a V6 but I know in the US, the 2019 CX-9 had a turbo charged 2.5 4 cyl.
