I stalled my car and the ABS & VSC light came on

I stalled my stick shift 2010 matrix 2.4l on a hill (I’m learning stick), put it in reverse and bump started it by dropping the clutch. When I got home I shut off the car and turned it back on. The ABS and VSC lights came on and the car had the following ABS/VSC codes:

U0073

U0123

U0124

U0126

It also had EMPS codes

U0100

U0129

All of these codes relate to loss of communication between the computer modules and some sensors.

I cleared the codes with my scan tool and the ABS and VSC lights did not come back on. Codes didn’t come back either.

Is this normal or do I have an electrical problem with my car?

Thanks

If your car stalled out and you lost power like your battery or alternator is weak it will trip those codes. So have your battery and alternator load test to see if either needs replacing first

I stalled the car myself by not giving the car enough gas and letting the clutch out too fast. Should I still check the charging system or is it something else? My battery is 3 years old and alternator is 2 years old.
