Hay Scotty. I'm Nafis Talukder from Bangladesh a banker by profession but i have a real fascination on building cars for myself and drive them. I've been following you for quite some time. I WANNA BUILD A DAILY DRIVER PROJECT. BUT WITH A ESSENCE OF RALLY CAR. I wanna upgrade my car suspensions. Wanna add coil-overs or any component if needed, Can u suggest me any Aftermarket suspension setup for my COROLLA 100 WAGON 1996 MODEL which will have off-road capability as well. I've recently installed 1500cc 5E EFI. And now I want to boost up my power output a little-bit as well. As you always talk about TOYOTA (i really consider you as a corolla expert) it'll will be very helpful for me if You can help me with this build. I truing for some times to get in touch but couldn't. Hopefully this time you'll reply.

I can't say I've ever worked on one of those. The tough thing is building it to where it can still be daily driven. Just making a 1996 a daily driver is a project.
It's probably not the best answer, but if you want to daily it....I really wouldn't modify it to be honest. A wagon platform is a tough place to start from and depending on your commute, lowering or raising the car could cause issues. I'm sure Scotty would say you could supercharge it, and he is probably right. However, for the cost/benefit ratio I don't think it would be worth it.
If you really want to beef it up, realize that you will be sacrificing reliability for more power. That's the nature of the beast and a trade off that's pretty much unavoidable. I would find a local shop and discuss your thoughts with them to see what they recomend. Then you'll also have an idea of the cost you're looking at.
The vast majority of your rally cars are hatchbacks. The body roll of a wagon would take some serious work to get under control for the corners.
I just think you'd be better off getting a different platform to work with. You mention setting it up for off roading. You'll need a 4WD conversion for that and the cost alone would be easily more than the car is worth, probably a few times over.

Listen to @mod_man Don’t do it!
Leave your Corolla as is & get a cheap used Swift to modify, as your project car..
I would not ruin that car with mods.
