Is a t1n 2006 Dodge Sprinter a reliable choice for a full-time camper conversion?

I’m currently looking for a vehicle that would make a good candidate to convert to a full-time camper. I require the vehicle to be $25,000 or less, able to stand in (my height is 56inches), decent enough on gas mileage, and a reliable engine. So far the vehicle that fits the bill is a a t1n 2006 Dodge Sprinter as a lot of people say you can get 500,000+ on them with proper maintenance. I would like to know if this is a smart decision or if there’s any better ones I should be looking at. Thanks in advance!

2006 Dodge Sprinter  ... decent enough on gas mileage,

well that depends on the engine/transmission/wheelbase etc.

I'd say about 20 - 22 mpg on average. The engines seem gutless to me though.

For $25k it's going to have high mileage or hidden issues.

$25k is not realistic for the requirements you listed, honestly.

So regardless of my price point what vehicle would you recommend? I’m currently in my 2016 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk, would it be worth just sticking with that car instead?

what do you mean " regardless of my price point "?

If $25k is not realistic then if that was not a factor what would your recommendation be?

a full time camper vehicle if money was no object?

The Dodge Sprinter is basically the Mercedes Benz Sprinter, which is basically the Freightliner Sprinter.

Just by reputation, generally speaking, those are probably the best and most popular vans used for such a conversion. Granted, this statement is just second hand knowledge, I have no direct experience with these vehicles. Just indirect from folks that drive them, specifically Delivery employees.
