I'm looking at a:
2017 Toyota Tacoma SR 4x4 Access Cab with 140,000 miles for $16,250

I wouldn't pay that much for that truck. But knowing the fact it's a Toyota and the value usually stays pretty high depending on how it was taken care of. And with 140k miles on it, that's absolutely nothing for that truck. If possible, trying setting up a negotiation with the dealer to have the price at least $14k. From that you may get a better deal.
