Im looking for a commuter car that'll put about 60-80 miles a day on it.
Is there anything that looks suspicious to you that I should either ask about or keep away because of?

I'd definitely check for rust underneath, given it's a NY State car. Cars will fails inspection in NY state if there's too much undercarriage rust. That year was not particularly problematic for Accords.
Of course, what do you know about the state of the engine, the transmission, the HVAC, the brakes, etc. There's data missing behind those pretty, pretty pictures. You'll have to get that data to make a valid assessment.
Have a mechanic thoroughly check it out, and verify the mileage is accurate. 117k over 15 years averages roughly $7,800/yr.
One thing I noticed in your link and went to the seller website. The don't have a carfax or autocheck available and you have to pay if you want it (with a whopping 20% off). In my driving/buying/fixing 48 years, I have found that usually (90+% of the time); when a dealer big or small doesn't show vehicle history (carfax or autocheck) there's usually something there that's not favorable.
The other thing I noticed, and it is cosmetic; the driver side rear quarter panel looks like there are some creases right where it meets the bumper cover but the bumper cover looks new because there's no creases on it.
I'm going to check out the car tomorrow and will ask if they have the carfax, if not I'll move along.
Toyota girl helping out Toyota boy.. fantastic!
Have a mechanic check it out. You want to make sure it was cared for. If you can, take a look at the service records. Was the transmission fluid changed on time? Was the engine oil changed on time?
Understood. I've never bought a used car.. This is from a used car dealer. I should be able to just ask him if I can bring the car to my mechanic. My only issue i see is that my family mechanic is like a 25 min drive from this sale.
If the test drive goes well, ask if you can drive it your trusted mechanic.
If necessary, find a mobile mechanic (See the site FAQ for a national service for inspections. I've never used them, but . . . they are a potential resource).
Any mechanic doing a general inspection will drive the car, do a visual inspection (top and bottom) and run enhanced and diagnostic codes, to see if the ECU (the master computer) records any DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Codes). They will or should also record live data during the drive.
They should ensure that the car has not been wrecked, flooded, stolen, in an unreported accident or poorly repaired.

there is a way to request the vin on their website, use that to run a carfax, looks like a good deal to me at 117k
i would call first, i have seen many advertisements that are just click bait, when you get there they are like it just sold, but we have other great cars for you to choose from
