Hey Scotty, I have a 4 CYL 2013 Toyota Corolla S, 120,874 miles. The dealer said it needs
1. Coolant Service (coolant flush not change)
2. EFI (Fuel injection cleaning service)
3. Brake Fluid exchange.
ive never done these on my car ever so I think they are legit but I’m not sure if they’re trying to run a scam on me. Any help or guidance is appreciated.
I would question the "fuel injection service". The others could be legit depending on how long it's been since those items were done. Typically antifreeze is changed every 5 years and brake fluid every 3-4 years.
It's a good bet though the dealer will scam you with their pricing on those services. If you are due for them I'd get a price from a good independent mechanic.
If you are talking to a dealer they are guaranteed scamming you. It's what they do.
Fluids don't last forever, so if they have never been changed, fresh coolant and brake fluid are good preventive maintenance. If the car's starting and running fine, I'd put changing the automatic transmission fluid (presuming it's not a manual) next on the list. I've owned a lot of Toyotas, and the fuel injectors have never needed any attention.

Make note of the information in Warranty and Maintenance Guide. It will give you the correct mileage intervals to inspect or replace fluids and parts.
One exception you should be aware of is automatic transmission fluid. You might notice it says nothing about it. If I recall Scotty's recommendation correctly to other members, a car with that many miles should have an automatic transmission fluid drain and fill and replace the filter if it has one. Not a flush.
If your fuel trims aren’t atrocious, I wouldn’t bother with the injector cleaning.
The rest, I’d get them done along with all the other recommended items at your vehicle’s age & mileage mentioned in the owner’s manual.
Find yourself an honest independent mechanic to save on labour charges, as other members here suggested.
