Hi Scotty,
l live in New Zealand and have a 2015 JDM Toyota Aqua (Prius C in other markets).
The engine oil requirement is 0w-16 ILSAC GF6B.
But this specification of oil cannot be purchased in New Zealand, we can either buy 0w-20 GF6A or 0w-16 without the ILSAC certification.
in this scenario, would you go for the 0w-16 without ILSAC spec or 0w-20 with GF6A.

Well, GF-6A and GF-6B are both ILSAC specified grades of oil - so the 0W-16 should meet the specification. Here' are web sites that discuss them
