I'm looking at a 2011 Honda CR-Z hybrid with a 6 speed manual 108,000 miles for $7,250. I'm wondering if they're good reliable cars. (Hybrid battery recently replaced and up-to-date service has been done)

I am not a fan of Honda hybrids they were very unpopular cars and it's way too much money for one they go for peanuts. Plus you said the battery was replaced well most guys replace them with supposedly rebuilt ones with a one-year guarantee not the brand new ones that cost many many thousands and will last 10 years or so I'd walk on that one

I’d like to test drive one. A hybrid stick shift sounds so weird to me.

IIRC, the CRZ has an IMA hybrid, integrated motor assist. If I am not mistaken, this acts more like a start stop system, and less like an EV. I could be wrong though, as I have never driven one to see what it was like.

They are oddball cars and discontinued in 2016. Test drive it to see if you like it but ad Scotty said, the battery issue may comeback soon if it was not OEM. The other thing is the price, for a discontinued car like that, the seller is asking too much.

Worry there were very few built.  After-market parts will be few and far between.

One more thing to consider with the CRZ of it really as an IMA. Technically speaking, you could run an IMA hybrid even if the hybrid battery is dead. Older ones used to come with additional traditional  starter. Not sure if it is the case with the CRZ.
