I bought a 2013 Nissan juke SV,  didn’t look it over too well because I thought I knew the person selling it. when I got home. I noticed a significant amount of oil like it had blown a head gasket so I started to look. there was a coolant leak that I couldn’t find, eventually i found it coming from the turbo area not sure what to do there? the only codes coming up where a code for the stepper motor in the CVT valve body. and I’m just not sure what I’m supposed to do next. I don’t want to start ripping things apart having no clue what’s going on. never dealt with a turbo before. Please help.

I would say get a pressure tester on the cooling system. Pump it up and see where the leak is. Prey is just a cooling hose or clamp going to the turbo. Because if it's internal squirting out from the turbo itself, you're going to need a new turbo and they cost a fortune. Good luck!

Although it doesn't help with the current situation, take this as a learning experience. ALWAYS have any used vehicle inspected by a good mechanic before purchase. Even if the seller is honest, he or she may not even know what trouble is brewing.

Do as Scotty says and pressure test for the coolant leak, hoping it's just a hose. Adding UV dye to the coolant can help in identifying the source as well. However you also have problems with the CVT. The Jatco CVTs used by Nissan are terrible and transmission failure is quite common, so you'll need to have that checked out by a transmission expert. (Preferably a good local shop, not a chain like AAMCO or a dealer.)

Hopefully you did not pay too much for that thing and it can be sorted out without spending a fortune. Long term the best course of action would be to dump it in favor of something more reliable.
