A little over a month ago I purchased a 2006 Volvo xc90 2.5l 5cyl with 150,000 miles on it. After having the car maybe 3 weeks while taking my baby to have surgery 3 hours away the car was driving perfect and suddenly my tensioner pulley seized up and my serpentine belt broke causing a small engine fire which thankfully was put out before any extreme damage was done. The car isn’t throwing any codes but my ABS light is now on and when I start the car it acts like the timing is now off. I need your help Scotty, I’m a single mom and I lost my job for taking my baby to have surgery and can’t afford to buy another car.
ABS light is now on
get a diagnostic scan to see what triggered the light.
it acts like the timing is now off.
Can you elaborate please?
