We have a 2012 Honda Accord 115000 miles in nice shape that we were planning to replace until the car shortage hit. We have done all the normal oil changes, filters, fluid level checks and brakes. So now we are going to keep it for many more years. Haven't replaced automatic transmission fluid, no problems with transmission, should we replace fluid? What other maintenance items should we do now that we will be keeping this car for 4-6 more years.
I'd say a transmission fluid change is a good idea after that many miles. Also change the spark plugs if needed. Other than that I have don't know but in a positive say; I own a Honda myself you don't have to look that much after them just do the normal service stuff so you can sell a good used car in a few years and you'll have no trouble for the next 4-6 years.

I would just drain and fill the Honda automatic transmission fluid. When I change the coolant if you've never changed that in the thermostat and probably flush the brake fluid those things can last hundreds of thousands of miles
Biggest two items to address:
1. Transmission fluid - The recommendation is to drain and.fill it every 5 years/60k miles regardless if you are having issues.
2. Valve Adjustment - All Honda motors require a valve adjustment every 60k miles. If you haven't had this done, I recommend getting it done when you have the transmission fluid replaced.
If this car has a V6 engine, it's time to change the timing belt. If it has the 4 cylinder, it uses a timing chain and is normally good for the life of the engine.
2012? 115k miles? Honda?
That thing is still getting broken in.
I have a 1999 Honda Accord with 275k+ miles on it.
I kept up with basic maintenance. Nothing special.
I didn’t have anything out of the ordinary pop up until after 200k+ miles like changing the starter out.
Like others said, check up and change the timing belt if necessary. And of course continue with the maintenance schedule in the manual.
PS, if you change the timing belt, might as well change the water pump and tensioner while you are down there.
Your car is expected to last at least 4-6 years and another 100k miles if you take care of it.
