My Lexus has the vsc lights, abs, brake and tire pressure lights come on all together from time to time. They reset whenever the car is turned off.

C1223 ABS control system malfunction
C1249 open circuit in Stop Light switch circuit.

With that said, you may probably need to find a professional mechanic with a higher level scan tool, to test out the ABS system. The other lights may be related to the ABS fault and not necessarily multiple system faults (in most Toyota/Lexus vehicles).
