Recently in Ireland they changed the petrol from e5 to e10 .. my car is listed as not compatible with e10 petrol .. what can go wrong if I will fill the car with e10 petrol as I can't find any station with e5 petrol anymore?

Is it Lexus telling you the car is not compatible, or a 3rd-party list? Here in the U.S. cars have been compatible with E10 for many years and even most earlier vehicles have not experienced serious problems.

Chapter 6 Specifications:
Lexus allows the use of oxygenate blended gasoline where the oxygenate con-
tent is up to 10% ethanol or 15% MTBE.
I wouldn't worry about it.
According to Irish Government website .. Lexus Is250 from between 2005 and September 2007 is not compatible with E10 petrol
