P083B, P0868B, and P0733B

Those are all transmission-related codes. The simplest cause is dirty transmission fluid, but you've already changed that, and the worst case is the transmission is dying. You'd need a transmission expert with a professional-grade scan tool to diagnose internal transmission faults. (Those vehicles are known to have weak transmissions.)

Read your warranty agreement. Unfortunately they are probably not going to cover pre-existing conditions. (If they did then everyone would wait for their cars to break down before buying an extended warranty.)

I made sure the transmission fluid was leveled there was a little too much it ran good for a day then right back to stuck in gear again. Thank you i was also thinking dirt got into the fluid but wouldn't the filter catch that or no, I can't afford a new transmission, maybe a trade could be a thought.

It would, but how it pick up dirt in the first place? You should be making sure the fluid is clean, not just pouring it in. Transmissions are very sensitive to fluid levels -they're hydraulic. Too much or too little fluid will cause problems. You need to be precise when you're changing fluid.
