Hi all,
I have a 2014 MKZ with 127K miles on it. Intermittently after driving on the highway 20+miles when I get off the highway and come to a stop light (idle) the low engine pressure comes on and stays on for a few seconds. This only happens for the first couple miles after exiting the highway. What could this be?

What could this be?
It could be your engine is worn out. You might have a bad oil pump. Or, it could be you simply have a bad oil pressure sensor. Verify your actual oil pressure with a mechanical gauge.
