The car always blows freezing cold air on the right center vent and the passenger vent, after 20 minutes or so all the vents blows freezing cold air and after half an hour the cycle repeats.

That only happens during the day in the night is always cold.

Please be more specific, do it do this with the AC on/off? Heater on/off?

Uhhh your question is confusing.. "That only happens during the day in the night is always cold."???? Also is this with the AC on or off? Have you checked any relays buttons or fuses? If it just flows freezing and then then nothing and back on again I think there might be H2O in your AC system so when the water freezing it cools but then it thaws and refreezes.thats my assumption without looking at your car. Get a certified tech to look it over as AC systems can be tricky. Could be anything honestly.
