It does look nice. I'd have to try it out first hand before rendering a verdict on it though.
It's a quasi-ripoff of the name, at least, of the prominent brand "Autel." It reminds me of the cheap watches street vendors used to sell, decades ago, in the late-open market on Maxwell Street in Chicago. Five dollar, gold plated watches that said Umega instead of Omega or Rolexx rather than Rolex. Given those associations, it's not a great marketing strategy.
Yeah, I get ya. A mate bought a watch when he went to Bali called a C-Shrock ... instead of G-Shock obviously.
But going by the video this device looks quite functional.
It's not THAT cheap and I have one on order so will post up a review once it arrives and I get to test it.
I just hope I get a genuine one and not a knock off of a knock off 🙂
My "tool" arrived and all the tests I put it through I compared with one of my multi-meters and it was actually pretty good.
I didn't test the oscilloscope or injector functions but everything else was good as gold - I see no reason why they won't be ok as well.
Nice that it will output 0.5v and up not just 12v.
It's not professional workshop quality but as a multi-function combo for the DIY fella, I think it is pretty good.
It will definitely get plenty of use in my workshop. How long it will last ... I dunno 🙂
