Nissan Altima Vibrating A Lot On Startup

Hey Scotty! Long-time viewer here, and I wanted to ask what could be the problem with my 2011 Nissan Altima 2.5 SL with 83k miles. It seems that when I start up on a cold engine the car vibrates a LOT, but gets better when it warms up. I recently had the top (dog bone) engine mount replaced as it had been torn and it's been vibrating ever since. My rotors also need to be replaced but I'm not sure if that's the problem. Let me know what you think, love your channel and keep up the great content!

Whenever you change an engine mount change all of them at the same time because most likely they all are bad

I think you know the issue; your engine mounts.

The rotors does not affect the vibration while you are still.

hi there, if it is worse after the mount replacement than something else is still passing on the vibration of the motor, maybe another rubber mount is torn as well, or a nut or bolt or something got in between the frame and the new mount. the shop that did the job should be able to check for any of those cases.

Or the new mount you gotten was for a racing mod in which case the damping part is not made of soft rubber but some plastic resin which behaves a lot stiffer.
