I have a 2001 Toyota Tundra 2WD V8 4.7L Automatic SR5 extended cab now with 330K miles.
Toyota offered to replace frame and I had to decide between investing some $ (not including the frame) and keeping or moving on. I decided to invest and so far so good. Knock on wood, the tranny shifts smooth and engine runs like a top - and now with a good frame to support them both. Rust is starting to show on bed wheelwells, but it is 22 years old and subjected to harsher winters.
Again thanks to you all and I hope this post helps other Tundra owners out there.
