Please share your suggestions for not using my car for 3 months.  For example, should I leave my gas tank full?  What about tires?  Appreciate any advice.

You might want to search the board for details as this kind of question has come up several times.

In short, three months isn't all that bad. You might want to fill your gas tank and put some fuel stabilizer in, especially if pure gasoline is not available in your area since the alcohol-laden stuff starts to deteriorate fairly quickly. If you have jack stands you could put the car up to relieve weight on the tires but you're not talking a huge amount of time. Storage in a garage is preferable to outside if possible.

I would fill up the gas tank and put fuel stabilizer in it to be safe. My '79 Pontiac ran on 5-year-old gas when I first bought it, but it's powered by a carburetor. It'll burn just about anything if it's a similar ratio to gas, not so for complicated fuel injection systems.

Tires should be fine. Park it on gravel if you have the option, not pavement. You will eventually develop a flat spot if you don't park on gravel. Depending on the tire's elasticity, it may eventually become perfectly round again when you start driving it, or if it's an older tire, it my not.

3 months is nothing. Put the battery on a trickle charger and forget about it.
