Hey Scotty. Just had oil control valve replaced & can’t find oil control valve Filter location. Googled no good fortune finding it either.

Im a DIY trying to save money. Can’t believe I can’t find info online for its location on LS 460 ( base ) model. It’s a 2009 Lexus LS460. Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated. Sincerely a Huge Fan of yours.

Have the Dorman filter just can’t find the location

Perhaps you did not notice, but you are asking someone who posted this topic over 5 years ago and has not been active here since, thus is unlikely to answer you. Please post your own topic giving a clear, concise description of your car problem as well as all vehicle details. Thank you.

The filter is just a screen and generally part of the new part you put in

@scottykilmer
Here’s the part I’m referring to. I’m double checking because I’ve seen ppl say they had to replace oil control valve filter when replacing oil control valve in LS460. Thanks for the quick reply. Huge fan of yours.

My photo size was to big. I was sending a photo of the oil control valve filter I purchased from Doorman. Part number: 926-126 VVT screen filter.
