Oil level over the high mark

Hello! I hope you all have a happy new year! I have (W203 C230 Sport 2007 V6 M272).

I changed the engine oil + filter three weeks ago. The car takes 8L and I applied precisely 8L.

After two weeks, I noticed:

  1. Some oil in the coolant reservoir
  2. Some steam smoke from the hood of the car where the coolant reservoir is located.
  3. The coolant level decreased.

It was the oil cooler messing up!
At that time I noticed the oil level was higher than before on the dipstick! It is like 1.5 (cm) above the red plastic mark!

2 days ago, I replaced the oil cooler with a new one, flushed the cooling system, and applied a new coolant/antifreeze.

I understand the oil cooler issue caused an increase in the oil pressure (as I read), but why after fixing the problem the oil level still high now?

Please tell me what to do. Because I've read a high oil level will cause major problems and may damage the engine! 1f62d.png

Another wide question, * do I need to change the oil too? *

Regarding this picture Link, my oil level is above number (1) at around ~1.5 (cm).

Well let's pray you don't have a blowing head gasket. That's a good water and a coolant. And the oil level go up because oil is mixing with the water that gets in there
