- Hey Scotty, I got a new 21 GMC Yukon with 4K miles on it. I got Dual climate controls for the a/c system, the driver side vents are hot because they’re set to 80 degrees but the passenger side no matter what the temp is set to is always blowing cold, even when it’s set to sync both vent temps the passenger side is still blowing cold no matter what. Is it possible that the blend door actuator is stuck on the passenger side or something else is causing this?

Could be. Take it back under warranty and have them fix it. Good luck.

Whatever the cause it should be the dealer's problem to diagnose and repair it, not yours, since it's a warranty issue.
