Is a used 2015 Infiniti Q50 a good and reliable car?

Not at high mileage. They fall apart as they age, and you're looking at a 6 - 7 year old example.
As @yaser said, the mileage would determine if it were an ok buy.

It could be ok if it has very low mileage. What's the milage on that one?

As others have said "it could be". Remember it's a Nissan product so get it thoroughly checked out.

They are decent cars below 100k miles, after that they tend to fall apart both with the electronics and the transmissions.

They don't last long as they used to be in the 2000s. The transmission on those things are mostly to go out first.
