I accidentally scratched my alloy wheels on the curb of a parking lot, and I'm wondering if it's necessary to have them repaired. Would it be detrimental or unsafe if I just leave it be? Or should I go get it fixed up?

No, curb rash is purely cosmetic - it will not affect the way the car drives or handles. You could get the wheels refinished if you want to make it look nice again.
